Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 working days of payment confirmation. Because everything is made in small batches, we sometimes need a little extra time — we’ll let you know if there’s a delay.

Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Partners
We ship via trusted courier partners including Shiprocket and India Post to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your package.

Festive Season Delays
During peak seasons like Diwali, Holi, or other festivals, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer due to higher demand. We appreciate your patience.

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We’ll sort it out.
