At Dhoopkala, we take great care in preparing every order. Because our incense is handrolled in small batches and made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that have been opened or used.

No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the cases described below.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with:
— Your order details
— A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before they are packed and dispatched. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or email us immediately.

Custom & Gift Orders
Custom orders and gift sets are non-refundable and non-returnable once confirmed and packed.
